Customer Experience Manager – Harbor Springs

Oversee the general operations of the customer experience, including seasonal retail operations, the cleanliness and aesthetics of the marina and docks.

Marine Mechanic – Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Traverse City – Northern Michigan

5+ years’ experience working as a marine technician
Identified area of expertise: paint and gelcoat repair or mechanical or sailboat rigging or varnish and woodworking or CDL/boat moving
Active team player, willing to help out in all areas of need
Ability to climb ladders and stairs, to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, and to get on/off in and around boats of varying sizes
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Willingness to learn and advance knowledge and skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact positively with people
Driver’s license and clean driving record

Irish Boat Shop has been in the business of selling and servicing boats since 1961. Our founder, Dave Irish, started the Company in Harbor Springs, Michigan, and added Charlevoix and Traverse City locations.
