1988 Boston Whaler Temptation 2200

ONE OWNER! This is a very rare find and these extraordinary models seldom come on the market. When Boston Whaler designed the Temptation, they created a new kind of performance boat. No one else could have combined the aerodynamic looks of the Temptation's long, sleek deck and swept back windshield with the strength and durability of Boston Whaler's unsinkable hull. Boston Whaler's Temptation has the same hull as the Outrage with a cuddy cabin superstructure. Complete with Whaler drive, a transom mounted unit that adds length, balance and buoyancy. This vessel is a 22 Temptation with overnight capabilities in a cuddy cabin, v-berth and head. The cuddy design has sleeping for two on 7' cushions. This boat is very clean, fast, and reliable with the famous Boston Whaler Unsinkable Hull. This gives you peace of mind knowing that and make a fun, safe family power boat. She has a 2014 Mercury 300 HP 6 Cyl. Supercharged Verado with Digital Throttle and Shift (DTS), Docking Mode, and SmartCraft gauges, with approx. 150 Hrs. 1996 Herreshoff H 12 1/2 Gaff Rig

Designed by Nathanial Herreshoff in 1914 and considered by many to be the finest day sailor ever built! "Sweet Sloop" was built in 1996 by the Cape Cod Shipbuilding Co. in Wareham, MA.  This  H-12 1/2 features a classic White hull made of solid fiberglass with a Red boot stripe. The mahogany woodwork is in great shape and finished bright. The cockpit sole is oiled teak.  The solid Sitka spruce spars  are varnished and in wonderful condition.  She comes complete with sails, canvas sail cover and wooden cradle. The sellers have outgrown the boat, they are the first and original owners and have owned the boat since 1996. Irish Boat Shop has done all the maintenance since and maintenance records are available. Always fresh water, used only a few weeks each summer, and always winter stored indoors.

2004 Chaparral 256 SSi

This 2004 Chaparral 256 SSi  is everything a runabout should be—spacious, generously equipped and comfortably appointed. Everything about the open-bow 25-footer was designed to make life easy for passengers. From a sun pad walk-through on the tiered swim platform, to a molded galley console with Corian countertops in the cockpit. The rear U-shape bench in the aft section of the cockpit offered plenty of cushy seating, without eating up valuable sole space. To keep the sole from getting cluttered with gear passengers invariably haul on board, Chaparral supplied copious stowage space under the bench, as well as in an in-sole locker and in a giant compartment in the driver's console. Solidly constructed with a quad-radial lamination process for material overlap where necessary, the 256 SSi had clean mold work and bright two-tone gelcoat. For added strength, the boat's hullsides were filled with closed-cell foam. In addition to upper-end production hardware such as Accon Pull-Up cleats, the runabout was outfitted with trick retractable snaps for a mooring cover.

1985 Tiara Yachts 2600 Continental

This freshwater Tiara 2600 Continental is powered with a 260HP MerCruiser. The large cockpit has a removable aft bench seat for entertaining or fishing. Accommodations include a convertible V-berth and a mid-cabin double. Galley is equipped with a refrigerator, 2 burner alcohol/electric stove and stainless steel sink. The head is aft to starboard. 1978 Vineyard Vixen 29

Price Improvement

This 1978 Vineyard Vixen (#27) was purchased by current owner in 2006 and brought to Lake Charlevoix, Michigan at that time.  She was then optimized for short handed sailing with the addition of the Hoyt Jib Boom System and new sails.  Everything can be handled from the cockpit, with no need to go on deck while sailing!  She was repowered with a  Yanmar diesel in 1997. Opus is now out of the water and in storage for the winter season.

1988 Pearson 28

This 1988 Pearson 28 "Commotion" is a fresh water vessel ready for her next big adventure. The Pearson 28 was the third generation of boats this size, and represents what was the very latest thinking in design, engineering, and owner preferences. A quick glance at her 24' 4 1/2" waterline length and 9' 10" beam dimensions indicate just how spacious she is. Truly, an extremely accommodating 28 footer. The challenge was to use this space to maximum advantage and this is where their design group carved out new territory. For example, there are two real double berths - one forward and another enclosed stateroom aft to port - they provide desirable privacy while the enclosed head is located further aft using a wider part of the boat to its best advantage.
The galley is located amidships with stove, sink, and stowage to port, and with a large ice box covered by an equally large chart table/counter to starboard. For a smaller boat, this is a superior arrangement as it maximizes galley work space and ice box volume. The 28's sailing qualities are superb. Of particular note is her ability to stand up to a breeze due mainly to the form stability produced by her wide beam at the waterline. Pearson set out to design a performance cruiser/racer and from all appearances, they succeeded. To summarize, the 28 is what people came to expect from Pearson. She is uniquely different and was just right for the requirements of sailors at the time. Namely, quality, excellent sailing characteristics, sea-kindly motion, spaciousness, and privacy.
